I STAND WITH GREECE

Our objective of this campaign is to spread awareness of the inhumane crisis occurring in the Aegean. This crucial situation has affected many including many locals on the islands of Chios, Lesvos, and Samos as well as migrants. This migrant crisis began in 2015 and continues to cause tensions with little to no hope of any sustainable solutions, demonstrated by the attempt of the construction of these prison-like containment centers on these islands. There have been no positives in this attempt to build these camps. Locals' homes have been violated and broken into due to the overcrowding and many migrants have been live in inhumane conditions. We need the EU to stop looking the other way on the promises they've made and for all these people to be processed and move on. The islands are struggling with little to no hope of catching a break anytime soon, and us as people and proud Greeks who believe in human rights must stand up for all who are affected.

ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AMONGST THE LOCALS AND CHURCHES WHO HAVE BEEN AFFECTED DUE TO THESE CIRCUMSTANCES ON THE ISLANDS OF CHIOS, LESVOS, AND SAMOS.
