I run for those who can’t and support projects

I run for those who can't:
to support handicapped people who struggle for survival and have no money left for such a privilege: people in poor countries of southeast-asia and refugees fleeing war and destruction.
my idea:
by attending official races, I hope a lot of you would donate a certain amount per distance I am able to run, or would reward me as a finisher on long distance races etc.

- medical doctor Dr. Hadia Aslam from SAWA FOR DEVELOPMENT AND AID, bringing urgent medical help to the refugees who are stuck in terrible conditions in the huge camp in Bekaa valley, Lebanon. I met Hadia on the greek island of Lesbos where she built up a NGO for free medical and dental help for the refugees in the Moria camp.
