I need a computer, I want to learn computer

We have three siblings I am the eldest of my siblings. I want to learn computer. I want to be a graphics designer who learns computers. But I have no source of income from which I will collect money. my family do not have the ability to buy a computer, My father has a business of fish. Mother Housewife We study three brothers and sisters. So parents bear the expenses of our three brothers and sisters and the family.
