In May 2021 I was retrenched due to the economic devistation from the Covid-19 lockdowns.
As a 4th generation fashion designer, I have a passion for designing and making clothing, specialising in couture clothing, but also designing and producing my own seasonal lines.
To realise the dream of continuingand growing my label, I need equipment. I need a new sewing machine, an overlocker, fabrics, and so importantly, I need art supplies to draw my designs and market them.
One of my biggest dreams is to one day have my Haute Couture runway show in Paris along with the other great names in the fashion industry.
I now swallow my pride and ask the public at large to please help me. I know I will be able ttorealise this dream, but I simply cannot do it alone.
