I don’t want to fail my son again!

My only son is in immediate need of an attorney for child abuse claims by a female who used to be a childhood friend. The girl's child was in critical care and we have not been informed of anything further. I am newly single, my dad has lung cancer and I REALLY don't want to burden them...not only will the stress of the accusations be awful but the stress of trying to help me get the money wouldn't be good for either of my parent's health but especially my dad. I don't want to speak ill of the accuser because her child is/was in the hospital but needless to say this is a classic "guilty until proven innocent" situation. The investigator decided to come to our home while I had the flu in the middle of the night and what we thought was being helpful has done the opposite. I cannot allow my son to go to prison for something NONE OF US believe and especially not for child abuse! He has 3 daughters of his own, 2 are twins and they adore him.... if only one person helps me it will be worth having to share my personal struggle. I failed him during his late teens...and now we are on the right path together and I won't allow myself to fail him again....if I have to sell everything I own, then I will have to...I am praying to the gods and goddesses to send me an angel at this point.
