I am Mohammad from Palestine

Hello friends

I am Mohammad from Palestine. I live in the Gaza strip.

As you may already know life here is extremely difficult for Palestinians. Whether your a Muslim or a Christian we are treated with great hostility, our rights have been taken unfairly from us and our land is slowly disappearing.

We have witnessed torture, brutality and unimaginable things to say the least.

Unemployment rate in Gaza is almost at 80% - We do not even have our own currency any more.

But i am sure you already know this and i'm sure it breaks your heart as much as it does ours.

My reason for raising funds is so that i can get work and put food on the table.

I have worked in many places as an auto electrician and vehicle respray, computer repair and home painting and labor, and willing to continue to work as long as it can bring in a steady income for my family.

Most of the jobs have either not been sustainable or barely paying enough to survive. (Employers are also affected and struggle to pay their workers.)

So i am hoping with your help to purchase an old vehicle, get it restored and repaired and use it as a Taxi.

I am hoping this way i don't have to rely on employers and can work to provide for myself.

No one here likes to beg for money, we all want to work and continue with every day life. So we are just like you but with constraints.

I want this opportunity to bring a means to support my family. That's all i ask for.

A running car to pick and drop passengers in around the Gaza strip is all i ask for.
