We have a small property business and would like to expand this. The following opportunity cross our path and we would like to explore this. I don’t know if you can help me or direct me in the wright direction. I’m looking for the following: Funding, donations, Start up, Property investment or venture capital: We have the following two properties available for +- $ 513 000.00 (R 7 400 000.00) for both. Return on Investment or Income on this is +- $72 000 (R 1 032 000.00) per year.
This is to provide affordable housing to the lower income groups in the area. This is also to provide this group with running water and electricity. The property consist of 2 bedroom units and 1 bedroom units. There are 30 units in total. The two last photos are from where they moving from.
