The House Angels Project solutions is created to solve the unaffordable housing problem in South Africa. In God's mirror God created the world for us to inhabit the land ,to cultivate it but also enjoy it. Even renting properties to fit the families needs has become impossible as prices in rent skyrocket, I want to create a company with the slogan In God Mirror where people can afford Better housing to fit the families needs. I need investors that see my vision, banks just want to make interest in loans ,so houses needs to be bought cash , rent can only be cheaper if there is a efficient investment plan set up, money from rent can be used back into community either buying more properties or individual community projects may it deserving students getting bursuries from impoverished backgrounds or families going through a tough time needing any help .At this moment in time it is my dream to build this company because I know in my heart the concept can work.
