Horse training

I am 17 and currently working at someone else's buisness taking in ponies and training them for mostly their sons/daughters. I want to be able to rent/buy my own yard to create a similiar buisness working on other peoples ponies/horses for their sons/daughters. I want to employ those who are at school/college as I understand myself how hard it is to find work to fit around these times.  Please help a young aspiring entrepreneurs dream Any help will be greatly appreciated and a buisness plan is in the process of being made, I am looking to carry on the love and when the buisness is started I want to donate to rescue homes as I have a strong connection with horse and feel if I was helped myself I owe it back to the community, thank you
