my name is Lilith, and I’m an Appalachian leftist trans woman. Since transitioning I’ve found it quite difficult to find an affirming job as I’m a low skill worker. I live a very ascetic life, but even with that I can’t afford my quarterly HRT appointments. I need to raise $100 by next month I order to continue my transition
