Devastated by Typhoon Saola and Record Flooding

On Sep 1st and Sep 7th, 2023, the Hong Kong Hobie Club was hit hard by Typhoon Saola and the subsequent flooding. Our club's facilities, including the outdoor decking, rooftops, BBQ grill, and water pipes, suffered significant damage. The entire beach was wiped out by the torrential floods.

For decades, the Hobie Club has been more than just a place to store boats. It's a tight-knit community of passionate sailors who share a love for the open sea. Now, we need your help to rebuild and recover from the devastating impact of the typhoon and black rain.
