Homeless Person Sleeping in Car

I am trying to raise money for a friend that is living in United Kingdom. Wendy is homeless and has been since the Covid-19 took effect many months ago. She lost everything from her apartment, job and now she has a broken car that she sleeps in by plastering the windows day and night. She has to sleep in the back seat in a cramped position night after night and by morning she has developed blood clots and numb feelings in her legs. Sometimes its so bad that she can't even use the bathroom because it's so painful for her to walk to a gas station. I know at this point she is losing her health in many ways. Due to the Corona Virus many shelters in her country are closed and she has been turned away due to the country avoiding crowed places. My goal is to help her get a apartment and be indoors at night so she can be safe. Among this instead of her sleeping in a broken car that don't work she will be able to get a vehicle that work so she can search for a job.
