Homeless

I am not sure what to say but I really need help . I am 51 and worked all my life but I've come onto hard times I don't want something for nothing and I am willing and able to work for what I need but no one is willing to help . I don't have a permanent address as living in my car after a very traumatic break up.i need help as I can't get help from anywhere and it's hard living in a car. I have two daughters and a son I can't see because I have no where to take them. My daughter's are 12 and 10 and my son is 7 months old and this is tearing me apart not seeing them . PLEASE HELP
