Home for Life Repairs

Help us pay for some housing expenses.  We purchased a house a little over a year ago where we could take care of my parents.  Both my parents were elderly and helping us with the mortgage.  We helped take care of them and unfortunately in 2014 I lost both of my parents within a month of one another. Being an only child I can honestly say it has been the hardest thing to watch as my parents passed on. Now my husband and I are paying the mortgage and trying to come up with money for a roof and new fence.  Our dog has to be fenced or she will run, and keeping her in a crate all day is just not right for a dog. Since she is the last thing that my dad had loved I really don't want to lose her too. Any help to pay for our fence and a new roof would be helpful.
