We are renovating and restoring a 100-year old cottage in the historic town Iuka, Mississippi. Once the restoration is complete the cottage will be available for nightly rentals. We plan to furnish it with antiques from our local antique shop as well as art for sale by local artists and craft people.

We hope that the renovation and opening of Holt Cottage will bring more business to our community here in rural Mississippi.
