High-Brown Wedding

Dustin and I met on a dating site. We were friends for about two weeks then decided to start dating. We have been together since December 2012, we have had our hard times but we have stuck through everything. We(he) have two children we get biweekly, a 7 year old son and a 4 year old baby girl that has down syndrome. I've not just fallen in love with Dustin but with his children too. They are our world and we would do anything for them. We plan to have a small (50-70people) country wedding  in October 2015 if we have the money, I am currently working at a nursing home for $8 an hour and Dustin gets disability due to back problems, but 95% of our income goes toward bills. As of right now I am able to scrape by and save around $50-$100 a month and with our wedding budget being $2500-$3000 I wont have enough (approx. $700- 1400) We are asking for as much help as possible, we appreciate any donations.
