Campaign Story
Thank you for taking the time to read this. My wife Soojung has been diagnosed with breast cancer.
Soojung began her chemotherapy on August 17, 2023 Thursday. She will undergo 4 sessions of chemotherapy every 3 weeks. After the size of her tumor is reduced she will eventually need surgery to remove her breast.
We would sincerely be grateful for any help you can offer through this medical process. Soojung has used all of her Paid Time Off and no longer has leave of absence days available for this year of 2023. So unfortunately she may not be able to go to work due to the effects of the chemotherapy. I'm doing my best working part time and looking for full time work right away. Again so any help would be greatly appreciated. We have two sons, Aaron and Donovan who are attending school.
Let us pray that this medical journey will be successful and get rid of the cancer.

Update on the effects of chemotherapy. My wife has been having a tremendous amount of hair loss. She feels fatigued and has been crying because of the hair loss.

Soojung will have surgery today to remove her left breast. After this surgery she will have an implant. Please pray for her and her speedy recovery.

After this procedure Soojung will have a silicone implant. Prayers for Soojung and her upcoming surgery.
Soojung's 4th Chemotherapy Session

Today is Thursday October 19, 2023. This is Soojung's final chemotherapy session her 4th chemotherapy session. The nurses asked if she wanted to ring the bell but Soojung felt too shy to have the attention. Soojung's next step is to have surgery in 3 - 5weeks to have her breast

Today is October 20, 2023. This photo was taken yesterday on October 19 the day Soojung's 4th chemotherapy session. She incidentally doesn't like me to take photos of her because of the dramatic hair loss.

Today September 7, 2023 Soojung had her second chemotherapy session. It last 2.5 hours and took time off from her work. We are waiting to see the side effects which will occur 1-2 days after. The nurse said that it was okay to take tylenol for her soreness in her

Today is Saturday, September 23, 2023. Soojung was crying because she was so shocked about the amount of hair loss. Lately her hair has been falling out quite a bit. She is due for her second chemotherapy session this upcoming thursday.
