Helpless Kitty Desperately Needs Help

I am asking for help. I have a 6 week old kitty named Little Moo, who really desperately needs help. Poor baby was born with a hernia and needs to have surgery asap before leaving us and joining kitty heaven. Her whole behind is just so swollen, she's having a hard time with bowel movements and urinating. I can't even imagine just how painful this must be for my little one. I'm asking for any suggestions on vets who will take payments with little or no money at time of appointment in or around the Casa Grande, AZ area as well as any donations anyone may be willing to give. I'm an under employed mother of two, my hours at work have been cut to just one day a week. I'm looking for a second job just to make ends meet. So money is very tight and definitely an issue. I was quoted $60 just for the vets at CG animal hospital to look him. But surgery will be needed and that's what I am trying to raise the money for. If anyone has any help for my Little Moo, please & Thank you all in advance.
