Helping to Prevent Palestinians in Gaza from Starving

I am starting this fundraiser because I am a well known Jewish Palestine solidarity activist. Because of my work, I am being constantly approached by Palestinians in Gaza, to send them money in order that they may survive.

Let me tell you, in her own words, the story of one such woman, Amal, a divorced mother of three small children.

My name is Amal. We live in Gaza. We were safe until one day we suddenly woke up to the sound of bombing and missiles all around us.

We did not understand what is happening. The bombing was everywhere. My children are screaming and there is no safety. My house was demolished. I have no shelter left. We were displaced to UNRWA schools as a place of safety except that Israel has also bombed them too. Unfortunately the bombing has affected all places in Gaza. Nowhere is safe.

We were displaced again to another place and every day we are displaced. We do not have a safe place. Everything was bombed and destroyed. There is no good food and some very expensive foods. There is no drinking water. I need to rebuild my house into a safe shelter.

Food and water is my main concern. I have 3 children and I am a divorced woman

Whether it is large or small I would appeal to you to contribute what you can afford. Gaza is now experiencing genocide as I speak. American and British bombs have killed at least 14,000 children and over 32,000 people in total.

The least we can do is to help those who are starving survive, especially the children.
