Helping Puppy for his long term heart disease medical bills

My dog Puppy is now 14 years old. He has been diagnosed with Heart disease level B2 in 2018. Puppy has been a strong little fighter until late 2020, he experiences very fast and heavy breathing which has turned into syncope (passing out). This happens every so often but it's increasing. I had him get an ultrasound and he was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension and Tracheal collapse in 2021.

Since then, we got him an oxygen box at home. I personally built it for him as he needs the extra oxygen on bad days. A bit of research and some store bought products made a fairly good oxygen box. He doesn't love to be inside it but I will sit with him during those times. Up to this point I have tried a lot of treatments on him such as ozone therapy, homotox (herbal) remedies etc. It all helps him to have a better quality of life.

Unfortunately, he started to get worse early this year. He has been fainting about twice a month. So we got an x-ray for him and found out his heart is getting enlarged and pressing against his airway but luckily he has not had pulmonary edema yet. ( X-ray of R - The airway is very narrow as the heart is pushing against it)

Sadly our doctor said there is not much we can do and surgery is not an option for him since he is too old to take this risk. The only thing we might be able to do is the doctor suggested an accurate exact dosing for his heart condition, but the only place we can get to do it is from a special hospital because they have a compounding pharmacy to compound into syrup but the cost is quite high.

So let me explain what he is needing now by a monthly doctor and medical bills:

Medication for his heart:

Pimobendan 1.25mg - 0.5 tablet / twice a day (HK$300/month)

Sidenafil 6.25mg / 3times a day (HK$600/month)

Coenzyme C10 10mg / twice a day (HK$180/month)

Medication for his tracheal collapse:

Theophylline 100mg - 0.5 tablet / twice a day (HK$140/month)

Homotox Remedies:

APIS Homaccord 0.5ml / twice a day (HK$75/month)

Aeculus + Cor + Coenzyme 0.5ml / twice a day (HK$225/month)

Ozone therapy:

Twice a month (HK$300/month)

Ultrasound, X-ray & full profile blood test check up:

Twice a year (HK$3,000 + $1,800 + $1,500 / per incident)

If we wanted to get the compounding drugs from the specialist, my GP doctor has asked for me:

1. Pimobendan - $702 approx 1 month supply - 1mls twice daily

2. Sildenafil - $598 just under 1 month supply (23-25 days) - 0.5mls three times a day

So it would be about HK$2300/ month with every 6-month check up about $6,300/ to maintain his heart condition, the medical bill is starting to affect our financial issues at home. We really love him and treat him as our child, we really wanted to give him the best treatment and so far we have been able to. It would be wonderful to receive any help with his treatments.
