Helping people improve their lives with Brighter Shade of You

My career has been dedicated to helping people from all walks of life to improve their situation & I've loved working with those hardest to reach, such as people facing addiction, mental health issues, homelessness, victims of attacks & the lis could go on! For the past 6 years I've embarked on a personal development journey & ive realised that many people struggle, feel stuck, unfulfilled or even afraid to break free from the situation they are currently in.

I feel so rewarded helping others & with my skill & experience I am compelled to strive to help as many people as possible to break free from fear, self doubt, worry, depression, addiction or anything else that is stopping them living a happy life. That's why I've decided to take the leap & launch Brighter Shade of You. My goal is to develop strategies, courses & webinars to make all my self help information accessible for all. Through a fantastic website, online courses, email correspondence & manuals I aim to provide effective self help with an online support presence for people from all backgrounds, ages & abilities. I would love for my material to be delivered in centres for people in difficult situations as part of a recovery process.
