Helping my parents make a down payment for a home that fits their needs

My family has been struggling for years now and things aren't getting any better as time goes by. Both of my parents are disabled, my mom for as long as I can remember and my dad gradually declining after becoming discuraged from being unemployed for an extended period when he had worked nearly all of his life. Of all their problems, his neuropathy and ever declining health and her spinal complications which has recently (within the last two years) caused an incident that could have killed her and one of my younger sisters, their mobility are becoming my greatest fear. Living in a home with as many steps as they do, steps going in the back, steps going in the front, and even more steps in order to sleep and bathe. It doesn't help any that I live a half hour drive away so if they need me for anything, they have a while to wait. To top all that off, their current landlord is in the process of trying to sell their house. I have been trying to help look for a cheap place big enough for them (mom,dad, brother, and 3 younger sisters), preferably closer to where I live. This is where the roadblock comes in, disability income doesn't stretch very far after bills and food are paid for and financial help is just about out of the question for me with my own house payments and bills.
With all that said, while helping to look out my way for a house, I managed to find a house that may verrywell be exactly what they are looking for. I took my parents to see it, and they loved it! A one levle 5 bedroom house with an easy to access finished bacment. No steps nessesery going in or out! And even better, less than 10 minutes walking from our house. Other than that, I don't have much of a clue how else to explain things.
I really don't like asking people for help esspesialy this kind, esspesialy after my first attempt at this! but THIS is not for me and I am more than willing to go out of my comfort zone to help those I love, so Please! Even if you can not donate monetarily, just a share would be greatly appreciated!

*this is the most important* Listed price: $120,000(if we can atleast hit enough for a down payment, we can figure out the rest from there) any extra will be a bonus towards less urgent but still vital steps.
