I am originally from Brooklyn, New York. For the past eight years I was not able to return to school due to various hardships. During the eight years gap period I experienced domestic violence at home while taking care of my mother and uncle.
My mother was diagnosed with a mass tumor on her left kidney and my uncle was diagnosed with liver cirrhosis. After surviving these circumstances and balancing two jobs (part-time maintenance and part-time tutor), I decided to redirect my focus in pursuing a medical degree.
I recently applied to the University of Medicine and Health Sciences in St Kitts. My application was placed on hold, because I was unable to meet the financial requirements at this present time.
Beyond achieving medicine the main essence is to reach out to low income families that are battling with low immunity deficiencies and to provide early stage emergency care treatment to help save lives.
I really would like to finish medical school. However, I do not have the funds for tuition. I would appreciate your financial assistance to help me finish my studies. Thank you very much for your consideration and your assistance.
