Baby Carlos Yael was born premature(36 weeks) with Multiple Congenital Anomalies such as Cleft Palate, Choanal Atresia(right), Ventricular Septal Defects(with 3 holes in the heart), Inguinal Hernia and Polydactyly both left and right hands. He is also suffering Neonatal Pneumonia and is now intubated for 3 weeks and his doctor advise for Tracheostomy operation as soon as possible. He will also undergo Palatoplasty, Transanal Endoscopic and Hernioplasty Surgery. We're also considering the Polydactyly Surgery to remove his excess fingers both in his left and right hands.
