Need surgery and I can’t work

Hello, I'm Santiago Carrión from Lima (Perú) and I'm 24 years old. Last year I graduated from Cooking School and a couples weeks later the doctors said that I have two hernias in my back (L4-L5/L5-S1). After a year of physical therapy I just recoverd a little bit, but the doctors doesn't allow me to work as a cook because it can affect my hernias and now they recommend me to go under surgery. But due to that I can't work I'm not able to pay for surgery. That's why I'm asking for donations so I can go under surgery and disappear the hernias and finally make my dream of working in a restaurant real. Please allow me to make my dream come true.
