Help with treatment of my mother’s stage four cancer and help me go home to see her

I am currently a third year medical student from Jamaica in Anhui medical University in the undergraduate international program. i will start 4th year in the academic year 2018/2019. My mother was diagnosed with cancer 6 months ago and did a surgery , however her cancer has advanced to stage 4, where it touched her lungs. I have been in China for 3 years, i was expected to return home January 2018 when unfortunately i lost my passport and was unable to do so, I have since gotten a new passport. I am now in a position where I don't have enough money to pay my tuition as all of the money is now being used for my mother's chemotherapy. I am kindly asking for help to pay my tuiton of 37,000 yuan ($5000). I would also like to go and visit my mother during the holiday.
