Help with Medical Need

My three year old daughter have Sickle Cell Disease "SS" and on Dec. 2nd 2012 had a stroke on her left side which affected her on her right side. The hospital that she go to for her treatments is 2 hours away from where we live. I am in the process of trying to save money so that we can be closer to her doctors. Since her stroke she has been in rehab to gain back what she lost with her wlking and useing her right side. Also she will now have to go to the same hospital on a monthly bases for blood transfusions. I also have 2 other children so things are really tight for me right now. I have support from family but I am still in need of as  much support as possible. Anything that can be offered will be greatly apprieciated. even if there is a person that is going through a similar situation.
