Help William

My father in law has cancer as well as other critical medical conditions, at the beginning of December, my family was moving to Sayward and William was helping us in the move. He was taking my daughter in law and two grand kids to our new home. During the drive, William hit a deer, wrecking his car, he had no collision on it and is not covered. He needs a car to get down island for treatments and to just get around to doctors and shopping in town, William lives in Campbell River, most times he is required to get to Victoria and the cancer clinic. This has now become quite difficult for William and this is having an effect on his health. Any help towards getting William mobile again would be greatly appreciated. William is a Veteran who was in the military for most of his life.
