Help us Save Our Home

YES ... I need to save my home from going into forclosure. Right now I am trying to work through the modification process with the bank and have active forclosure process in a holding pattern for now.  The process is unsettling as we have been doing nothing but sending in paperwork and still know nothing.

Anything you could spare to help would be apprecited, even single dollars add up together and it could help us make an even extra payment that could make a difference with the bank. Everyone knows Money gets more attention at the bank and with underwritters than processed paperwork  and I have sent reams of paerwork to them over the past few months.  I live with the fear of what the next day could bring by the bank, even though we are making monthly payments now (they are late each month because of the various jobs and fluctuating pay especially during summer months )...but the paments are only applied to the past due, never showing anything current. The little bit in extra money we can pay is not chipping away at the past due enough to get the banks positive response. 

In the last two years we have expeienced unemployment and underemployment, illness and disability, deaths in the family and even a pedistrain v.s. auto accident involving my daughter and my grand daughter at a bus stop ... all of which ahs taken it's toll on our abillity to make timely payments and be employed. Never the less we have made payments, even if particial almost every month trying to show the bank we want our home.

With all this going on my co signer had filed bankruptcy and the loan wasn't affirmed in the bankruptcy. He is just that my co signer and has no interest in the property. His bankruptcy really got the banks attention,  as I am not upside down on the mortage just behind in payments and can't get caught up. This would make good business sense tot he bank as the forclosure would be a profitable for them, unlike many others they do.  Please help me beat the bank with this.

It is even more stressful as I have not filed bankruptcy and my loan is tied up in laws of bankruptcy. I spent a couple of months even getting the bank to talk to me because of my co signer's bankruptcy. I familiar with the process and so with the property not affirmed in my co signer's bankruptcy I am at a loss why there are so many extra rules that apply and additional documentation requirements. I at times seem to feel that the bank is gathering paperwork not for a modification but to do a fast foreclosure with all thier "I's and T's" crossed.

I personally need and want this home, other than I have no other place to go, this is my home....I have cared for my parents here till thier passing here ...my son and his rwo children are here and helping now... it has over 35 years of memories in it .... it is not just a structure it is part of my life and it means a lot to me to be able to keep it. I wouldn't know what I would do with my dogs who are so special to me if I loose my home to the bank.
