Help us rebuild our home

What is left of our home...

Firstly I will start by saying that my family and the family dog made it out safely. It was a close call, but we are safe.

Unfortunately we do not have any insurance, which makes the rebuilding process much more difficult than it ought to be.

The reason why I am asking for help is not to replace the material things that we lost, but rather to help me rebuild a small home. You see, we are a close knit family, and our home was our sanctuary. Although we know that we will never get that back, I want to be able to provide my family with a small house that we can call home again. A safe place, our place.

A small house which will act as our first step towards rebuilding a home.

This really has been a stressful and emotional journey. And the path forward will require lots of guts and determination from my parents. It is not easy to start from scratch. It will be difficult.

I ask for any form of help which could make this journey a little bit easier for us, especially for my parents. Our home was their pride and joy. My parents are the most incredible people that I have ever come across, and it breaks my heart to see them lose so much. That is why I will do everything in my power to help and assist where I can. And I will forever be grateful for anyone who can help me to help them.
