Campaign Story
It is our goal to continue changing the narrative of violence in communities, and part of that involves providing equity of access to people and areas who otherwise wouldn't have it. We are therefore opening a smart computer/learning centre in Temperance Town. We are so excited to be breaking ground on this project, providing people young, old, employed and unemployed vulnerable people with the digital skills needed to level the playing field!
After months of winter, having the roof patched up 3 times, with the wind, and rain and storms constantly coming back and creating new problems and issues, we have been advised that the roof needs replacing! This will cost the project over R80 000 and we simply do not have that kind of resource.
It is with this hope in mind that we need help in raising the funds needed to literally KEEP A ROOF OVER OUR HEADS. We are believing for provision in order to make the smart centre work, The building is over 80 years old...and we would love to keep it open!
