Help us get to Disney!

Hello everyone!

We are a family of four, over the past 17 years we have been through a lot. My husband has suffered with severe depression for 17 years and I have been by his side through this every step of the way. Over the 17 years he has gone missing numerous times been in hospital a lot and has struggled to get the right treatment, it has had a massive affect on me and our 2 children but we have battled through and have come out the other side and I can now say that my husband is doing really well and is finally getting the right treatment and help he needs to keep him going.

To celebrate his recovery we want to take the children to Disney world in Florida as they have been through so much and really deserve this holiday as they have been so strong and understanding about their Dads illness as it's not been easy. I am asking for help via here because we don't want to get into debt to fund this holiday as it will just cause extra stress for us all especially my husband and will just add to his depression which is something none of us want. Please donate what you can as it all helps and means so much to us, if we exceed our target we will donate the rest of the money to Asthma UK in memory of my Mum who passed away of this illness in 1990 and Cancer Research in memory on my Nan who passed away of breast cancer in 2010.

This means so much to me and my family, thank you from the bottom of my heart!
