Help my ADHD brother get educated.

My 13 year old little brother has ADHD and stutters. He currently goes to monthly sessions with his therapist for his condition and a weekly session with a speak therapist for his stuttering. This is his first year in high school and he is struggling. There are 4 terms in South African schools, at the moment we are approaching the end of the 3rd term...so far he has failed all his terms and his therapist finally referred him to a remedial school. My mom is a single mother and we stay in her parents bedroom along with my two cousins, my aunt and both grandparents. My mother works for an NGO for raped and abused children; she loves the job but truth is she doesn't make enough to afford the fees for a remedial school.

I am 23 years old and i do not have a stable job right now, i am currently in training with an online magazine but they do not pay so i depend on my mom for almost everything.

My father is married to the woman he cheated on my mother with and has completely abandoned us, my mother is still paying off my college fees. Jobs are scarce and things aren't any better for us who chose jobs in the media industry.

I look at him and i cry sometimes because i cant help any of them, looking at the report card at the end of every term is heart breaking especially since there are two other kids his age in the same house who are doing well and dont really understand his condition.

He is on medication but the therapist believes 9 subjects is too much for him. Please help us get him to school next year; im begging you.

Living in Soweto, its easy for him to get taken in by the fast life especially with all the stereotypes surrounding black males in South Africa. I just want him to be the best version of himself, i want him to prove our father wrong and show my mom all her sacrifices for us were worth it because she too is drowning.
