Approximately 3-1/2 years ago, I came to the Philippines to get married to my fiancee', buy or open a beach resort, retire, and live happily ever after. As with many plans in life, things just don't turn out the way we plan them. I did get married to my fiancee' (and we are still happily married) and I did open a beach resort, but just recently we closed it due to the owner of the land being unable to obtain a title for the property and there is no access to the resort any more. Are we upset? Maybe a little, but we met many friends worldwide and had many good times, and we started a feeding program for the kids with families that are unable to give the proper meals, clothing, education and medical needs that so many of us take for granted. The best feeding that I have done was one on Christmas day. My Christmas gift was to be able to feed the kids and give them a special Christmas where they all had a good meal, they all got gifts, and they all had a very special day.

Now, we have decided to just relax and run the feeding program for as many kids as we can. Stealth Field Service Enterprises, Inc. has created a sub-division (Stealth Foundation), which will handle all donations for the children. When we did our first feeding, I went to some of my relatives and ask for donations and help. I remember my mother saying, "You can't feed the world." As mothers are usually correct, My mother was also, but I can help with as many as I can with help from my family, relatives, friends, and business associates. So I thought, what good are these social medias, FaceBook and LinkedIn, if our connections can't help a little when you need it for a good cause? One of my inspirations for the feeding program is a dear friend, Jujin Cabanas. She is a survivor, and every year on her birthday, she has a feeding for kids she does not know. She reminds me so much of the movie "Pay it Forward". If we were all half of the person she is, this world would definitely be a better place. I will include some of her photos from her feedings along with our Christmas party for the kids for you to see the faces of these children to just receive a small meal.

For less than $5 we can feed a kid a hot meal and give them clothes for school, school supplies, slippers or shoes, toothbrushes, etc., and let them have a great day to remember, and we can still sometimes put a little aside for medical emergencies which a child may need. So many of you have no clue what some of these kids go thru or how they live. You come home at night to your cozy home, condo or apartment, turn on your lights, sit back in your air conditioning, watch your TV with 500+ channels while you surf the internet on your cell phone, computer or tablet at lightning speeds, and you eat a 3 course meal with dessert or order out and have it delivered. Here, some of these kids have no electric, no air conditioning in temperatures of 100+, they have no hot water and they may not even have water in their home that is the size of your bathroom with leaves for a roof. They may walk 1/2 mile for water and then have to carry it back in buckets. If they get sick, they either get better or die as they cannot afford a doctor. Many do not go to school as they cannot afford the cost of a t-shirt or uniform, and they cannot afford to get tablet (paper tablets) to take notes. The parents may work for $50 per month and that is a 12 to 15 hour day. Kids may work for 20 cents for 8 hours digging or doing anything they can to eat. Don't ever think you have it hard, even on a rough day.

Our target is to help 300+ kids per month, and pay for any true medical emergencies that we can. Totals will be about $1500 per month or $18,000 per year. If we get more donations, we will help more, and if we get less, we will have only one feeding per month or have the feedings at smaller barangays. We plan to service two barangays (villages) per month with approximately 150 kids in each barangay. Our volunteers, my wife and I use none of the monies for ourselves and all of our time and services are volunteered.

So help a child or some children. Drink one less cappuccino this month, one less pack of cigarettes, eat one less meal dining out, do your own nails instead of the salon, one less pizza. $1, $5, $10, $20, $50, or whatever you can spare, and if you can't spare $1, at least share this post with your social medias, and thank you in advance from all of the children here that need our help so desperately.
