Help Us Buy the Motel where we work!

Hello, My husband and I are in the process of buying a motel. We live in Jamestown ND. It is an old motel, so it needs a lot of work. We are running the motel, and paying rent for the building. A rent to own deal, We have been putting a lot of work into it. My husband is originally from Norway, and I am from Arkansas. We have named this motel Norway Inn. We have started to upgrade the rooms, calling them names of cities and places in Norway. We and some friends are doing the job ourselves. Putting a lot of time and effort into it. The last months have been hard, not much business because of the winter and unexpected expenses. now we might lose the motel because we haven't been able to pay the last rent. Somebody that can help? Please. Living in an apartment here at the motel with my wife and two out of six kids.. If you want to know more, let me know, please. We need $300,000 dollars to purchase the motel.
