Help Unemployed to find job

Hello, I am the founder of Green Value Inc.  I am implementing a new campaign to raise funds to start a new staffing agency called GVOGS. This agency will be matching job seekers and job vacancies in the oil & gas industry.  This campaign is very important to me because helping unemployed to find a job as equipment operators. My objective is obtaining $1,000,000. This amount of money will be investing on paying salary to representatives, paying salaries to recruiters in charge of matching job seekers with job vacancies, and paying marketing campaign to promote this new employment services.
