Help trans non-binary live free

I'd rather remain anonymous for this. I'm a 36 year old trans non-binary creative living in Brazil, trying to get as further away from my family and country as possible. I suffer from bipolar disorder, severe anxiety and depression, and am a victim of crippling social and psychological violence. I don't currently have the means to move away from this toxic environment and community, but once I'm set somewhere else, I can fend for myself, so I don't need much.
