Help Toulouse

This right here is my Toulouse. He comes when I call. He use to cuddle me every night. I got him from a local animal rescue center when he was about 6 weeks old. This cat is the most loving and lively cat. Toulouse needs urgent funding. I have tried to sell some of my personal belongings to fund his medical requirements but I regret to say I fall short of what he needs. Any funding will be so helpful. This cat is like my child and I don't know what I would do without him.
