Help to Fix a Flooded Basement

My family and I have moved into this home and when we first moved in everything appeared to be great, but after about a month, we noticed we had a leak in our basement. That leak then turned into a flood, the water gets about 6in deep overnight. Not only do we have a leak, but our sewage is backed up. We had a plumber come out and "fix" (I put quotations around that because he didn't fix it at all) it. There's black mold growing rapidly now and it's making our 3-year-old daughter very sick, really it's making all of sick, but I'm mostly worried about our daughter. Even the windows down there could be part of why it's flooding, every window is either cracked, or completely busted out this a piece of tin covering it, so when it rains all that rain water can go into the basement through those windows. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but I've recently lost my job and so it's just my husband providing the income. We now can barely afford to pay our bills, let alone find a new plumber to come and fix our basement. I'm not usually one to ask for help, but this is a desperate situation and we are in serious need of help, especially before winter gets here.
