Help this boy achieve his dream.

This young adult, very keen on IT, Mathematics and Physics has a dream: going to study in America to become an IT engineer and than work in a field where he can make a difference for the next, such as working on developing technologies for artificial limbs. unfortunately though, it isn't economically feasible. The school, being very selective and costing 36500$ a year is out of reach for his parents. I hope you will help this boy to reach his dream. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
