My name is Manda Kafindo, and my Son's name is Moise Kafindo. This boy was 7 years old when we arrived in Johannesburg/ South Africa in 2006 to seek asylum, fleeing tyranny and persecution from DRcongo our home Country. According to national Policy, 12 years later my family and i still at the same stage "ASYLUM SEEKERS" with all pains and hardships that entails. It has not always been easy for us because i have not been allowed to practice a specialized profession despite my qualifications. However, 2019 has been matter of comfort and hope for us, because Moise Kafindo (19 years old) entered his first year of Medicine studies at Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg. He always tells me that his destiny is to become one day a Surgeon and i finally believed him and supporting his destiny, despite our financial situation.
Dear benefactors, the money that you are donating here will contribute to the realisation of my son's dream(Become a Medical Doctor) This money will be used to buy books and complete academic fees for this beginning year.
