Campaign Story
Each year, members of the South Plainfield Marching Band audition to represent their school as members of the South Plainfield Competitive Winter Guard. Our guard usually competes in the MAIN circuit, but we have expanded our 2018 program to participate in TIA (Tournament Indoor Association) as well. This means the South Plainfield Winter Guard has the opportunity to perform in the TIA Atlantic Coast Championships in Wildwood, New Jersey.
We are a small team with large fees! Most scholastic groups have 20-30 members, but we compete with only 11. We are looking for sponsors to help make championships financially accessible to all students involved. Winter guard is an extremely costly activity to participate in, and we already ask the students to cover most of these costs on their own.
Your donations help pay for transportation, meals, and accommodations. South Plainfield Winter Guard is a non-profit charitable organization, and your contribution is tax deductible. Any amount, no matter the size, is helpful.
Can we count on your support? Every dollar brings us closer to our goal!
