Help The People In Need

I really need this money so I can start my own foundation and business. My foundation will focus on helping poor children & teens to young adults as well as struggling families in need of housing assistance, food assistance, and job searching who are not eligible for any type of welfare. In SC you need some sort of income for DSS to assist you with anything but how are you going to have an income without a job? This promotes prostitution and drugdealers. I want to prevent that so please help me. As far as a business, I want my own film production company and I have $0 to put towards it.
