Help taxi driver Ihor from Ukraine to cover this month expenses

Ihor and his wife Aliona and two sons have been forced to flee the devastating war in Ukraine last year. They come from a city called Odesa. With little savings they bought an old used car from Germany and started very hardly to work day and night to make some money in Prague, Czech Republic so they can pay rent and secure decent lives for their two adorable sOna.After almost a year of very hard work, they were able to buy another used car so both of them can work as taxi drivers. Last night as Ihor was working as usual till late night, he picked up a passenger in the city center. The passenger stole in a very tricky way Ihor’s bag in which he had many valuable things. He had his Ukrainian passport, in which he has a short term Czech refugee visa, his wife’s credit card, two keys of the newly bought used car and the monthly rent that he had to pay this weekend.

Ihor has noticed that he got stolen one hour later and he contacted immediately the police. The thief was able to make a small shopping (because there was little money in the card)in a grocery that opens till very late known as Zabka. Despite the fact that the cameras in the grocery has recorded the thief’s face, the police said that it will take time to find him.

Ihor was trying all night long to find the thief in the area where he dropped him in a hope that he will give him back his documents and the two keys or at least to find the stolen things thrown in the garbage.

The cost to make new keys will be around 300 euros and the car had to be taken to a special place to make it. All that in addition to the stolen rent that he has to pay has left this lovely family broken and sad.
