Help Tanya get to the Arnolds 2017

I write to you as a friend, bodybuilding enthusiast and IFBB athlete, to request your financial and/or alternative assistance for my participation in the Arnold Classic during May 2017. On 16 July 2016 I won my division (Body Fitness under 1.68m) at IFBB Miss SA Xtreme. Shortly thereafter I received an email that I have qualified and am invited to participate at the 2017 Arnold Classic. Bodybuilding is a rather expensive and poorly funded and unnoticed sport in South Africa. That not being a challenge enough, the Body Fitness-Figure ladies categories are a little less noticed and receive less attention than the fitness, bikini fitness categories. I am awaiting confirmation from the Arnolds Team regarding athlete’s entry fees for 2017. I have been told that the 2016 athlete’s entry fees were R2500. A rough estimate of approximately R20 000 is needed towards my preparation for Arnolds, this estimate excludes monthly trainer fees of R1000pm as well as a new competition bikini adhering to the IFBB International stage rules and regulations (approximately R3000).
