Help Shannon Mercer Beat Pancreatic Cancer

Our friend, Shannon Mercer, was recently diagnosed with stage 2 Pancreatic Cancer. Shannon is one resilient (and hilarious) human being but he can't do this alone. He needs help from us - his friends, family members, and anyone else willing to help.

Right now, we want to pull our resources together to provide Shannon with social, emotional, and financial support so that he can focus all his resources on surviving.

Since getting his diagnosis in April, Shannon has undergone extensive surgery and commenced chemotherapy. He is doing his best to fight the fight while maintaining all those beautiful qualities we know and love about him - he's still making jokes, searching for his inner peace, and dreaming about how he can take this experience and turn it into something positive for himself and others.

Eventually, Shannon will have access to disability funding but, in the meantime, we'd like to ask for your help in offsetting some of his cost of living and quality of life expenses. If you know Shannon, you know he keeps it pretty simple. We thought we would too. We are trying to raise 5K to help him and his gracious family get by between now and when his disability kicks-in.
