Help Shaina Continue her education in Yoga and Ayurveda

I am a yoga and meditation teacher for all ages and levels. I need to complete a continuing education program to keep my Yoga certification current through the Chopra Center for Wellbeing. I believe that focusing on Ayurveda, the wisdom of life, and Yoga studies will enhance and invigorate my current practice as well as my ability to serve my individual students and their highest good. My goal is to be the best teacher I can be. I have learned that to be an effective teacher I must be a dedicated student. By donating to my studies, you will be investing in my growth as a human being and teacher. I currently, and will continue to, invest my time by holding space for people to focus on their health and wellness and evolution. I look forward to harnessing Ayurvedic knowledge and Yogic philosophy, sharing wisdom with members of my community of all ages and demographics to support positivity and love throughout our world. I know by gathering this knowledge and sharing it we can increase our awareness, raise our consciousness and provide a healthier future for our children 😊❤️🙏🏼
