Yoga has been life changing for me. I first started practicing yoga 3 years ago as a form of exercise. I did not know at the time, that a year later I would be going religiously as form of therapy instead. Prone to depression, yoga, for the first time in my life has given me tools to cope.

Yoga has also taught me to love more and share. And I wish to share yoga with others through teaching. I do not believe that others will necessarily come away with the lessons I have learned. But they will definately come away better people with their own lessons. Yoga gives you the tools to learn to love and accept yourself and others more freely. It helps to deal with situations both good and bad. It has enhanced my life dramatically and I wish to impart this to others.
