Help Saving My House From Foreclosure

Hi, my name is Theresa, I am in a bad situation, my house is going to be foreclosed on March 31,2015. Me and my teenage son, are endanger of being homeless. We have lived in this house since he was a baby.  I have used up all of my options. I  need help, I really don't want to lose my home. I will appreciate any help that I am given. I have raised some money myself, but it is not nearly enough. Thank you very much.
