Help Save Keli and Her Beloved Cat, Mugsy, From Homelessness and Separation

The past two years have been extremely challenging for Keli – her marketing job was relocated out of state, she had gastric surgery, both her knees replaced, and has only been able to secure short-term temp jobs.

She has not been choosy about her jobs: one was assistant / Girl Friday for a CEO with severe OCD and anger management issues, another was working at a movie theatre but having to be on her feet for long shifts was more than her new knees could handle. Her last job was a weekend position at a local Port Authority, but there weren’t enough hours.

During these jobs, she has downsized from a comfortable apartment to a tiny one and made as many life style changes as possible to be able to sustain herself and her beloved feline, Mugsy, but even so, with virtually no income, she has exhausted her retirement fund and has ended up in a severe depression which she is working very hard to overcome. She is now facing eviction and the real possibility of needing to surrender her cat, Mugsy once she is evicted. Homeless Shelters do not accept pets.

Not that long ago, Keli would often make donations to people and causes she believes in. She is eager to be able to get back to that point in her life again. Meanwhile, thank you once again for your help, and may karma shine bright upon you soon :-)
